How it works?

Now you can earn money by merely sharing us contacts of a client who needs to buy or to rent a property. It is not energy or time consuming and it doesn’t cost you any money. You merely share us the contact of that client and our competent team is there throughout the entire process to assist that client in finding a suitable property. Once we close the deal, we call you to take your share, or we send it to you if you like. Note that, you are free to ask us or the client the progress of our work to the client from you any time.

What do you gain from the deal?

  • ❖ You earn 20% of commission from the client
  • ❖ You earn 0% of commission from owner of the property taken by client
  • ❖ You earn 0% of commission if we already have that client

Our service terms towards the client

Commission: This is compensation of Broker’s work. It is paid upon signature of lease agreement or purchase agreement.

For Rentals, It will be equivalent to a half of one month’s rent.
For sales, it will be equivalent to five percent of purchase price.

Commitment fee/Retainer: we do need to work for a client till he/she find a lovely property. Since we are committed to assist that client, we do need to secure our work. Hence before working for a client, we ask a client to pay commitment fee/retainer equal to 20 000 Rwf that will be refundable when we fully earn commission.

Note that when a client has paid this fee, client can use us once a client finds another property advert from another agent. We cooperate with that agent to put that property on client’s property list to be visited. Again we check upfront to see if that property is really matching client’s criteria and we come with accurate information. Hence a client won’t pay other fee to visit a property from other agents and also saves the time.

Visit fee: Some clients are not free to pay commitment fee/Retainer. In this case we ask a client to pay visit fee equal to 5 000 Rwf per each property to be visited. Visit fee won’t be refundable to Client in any way.
